Edo Governor-elect Appoints Itua, The Sun Senate Correspondent, as CPS

Edo State Governor-elect, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has appointed Mr. Fred Odianosen Itua, a seasoned journalist and Senate Correspondent for The Sun newspaper, as his Chief Press Secretary (CPS). This appointment, effective Tuesday, November 12, 2024, is the first to be announced by the incoming administration.

In a statement personally signed by Senator Okpebholo, he highlighted Itua’s extensive experience in journalism and public communication, noting his previous role as Assistant Political Editor at The Sun.
