BABS Congratulates Dr. Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru on His Emergence as the New Asiwaju Musulumi of Osun State

One of the leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ifelodun, Boripe, and Odo-Otin Federal Constituency, and former Managing Director of the Osun Public Procurement Agency, Alhaji Bello Adegboyega Basheer (BABS), has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru on his well-deserved nomination and endorsement as the new Asiwaju Musulumi of Osun State by the League of Imaams and Alfas.

The announcement, conveyed in a letter signed by the Grand Imaam of Osun State, reaffirms Dr. Basiru’s standing as a beacon of Islamic values and leadership in the state.

In his message, BABS commended Dr. Basiru’s towering achievements, describing him as a brilliant legal mind and an accomplished Islamic scholar whose contributions to both his profession and faith have inspired many.

He further expressed optimism that Dr. Basiru’s leadership would continue to promote harmony, understanding, and progress within the muslin Ummah and other Faiths in Osun state and beyond

BABS prayed for divine guidance, wisdom, and strength for Dr. Basiru as he embarks on this sacred responsibility.

“May Allah (SWT) grant you the fortitude and wisdom to excel in this role and continue to be a source of inspiration to all,” he concluded.
